Short cut. Big storage

Amazing experience. The booking and payment was fully online via the website. The customer support team was exceptional in proactively reaching out and clarifying any doubts and offer help with the move. The mobile app worked really well on moving day and all three doors - main door, sliding door and box door were opened via the app. There were no bugs, issues or confusion - the app is really well laid out. The Alcântara facility itself is huge, well lit, clean and air conditioned (avoids moisture buildup) and the boxes are well marked. I literally moved my things (no furniture) and was done in just about an hour including the travel time from Campo de Orique. I'm glad I found Control Space and definitely recommend using them for storage in Lisboa.
