Coming from Gondomar (Estrada da Circunvalação)
Enter the Radial de Gondomar heading towards Porto. Take the exit marked Porto/Braga/Vila Real. Follow the VCI until you exit at the Antas indication. Continue straight until you enter Avenida de Fernão de Magalhães and stay on it until you turn left onto Rua da Alegria. The warehouse will be on your right after the intersection with Rua de Latino Coelho.
Coming from Vila Nova de Gaia (Infante bridge)
Enter Avenida Dom João II northbound to access the Ponte do Infante. Upon exiting the bridge, continue straight, entering Rua das Fontaínhas. At the end of this street, turn right and then left, going around Jardim Marques de Oliveira. Go up all of Rua de Dom João IV until you enter Rua da Alegria. The warehouse will be on your left, after the intersection with Rua de Santo Isidro.
Coming from Foz do Douro (Av. Marchal Gomes da Costa and VCI)
At Praça do Império, take the exit for Avenida Marechal Gomes da Costa and, at the end, use the right lane to turn onto Avenida da Boavista. Follow Avenida da Boavista until you find a slight right curve (with signs for VCI Ponte Freixo). Enter the A1/A28 and continue until the exit for Porto / Paranhos. Use the right lane to enter Rua da Igreja de Paranhos. Turn the second left and then the second left again to enter Rua de São Veríssimo. Continue straight through the intersection with Rua de Faria Guimarães, and then turn right to enter Rua Álvaro de Castelões. Follow this road to the end and turn left and then right consecutively. On Rua do Lima, take the second right, entering Rua da Alegria. Continue straight and the warehouse will be on your right after the second intersection.
By bus
There are several buses that stop less than 5 minutes walk from the warehouse, including 5M, 206, 302, 303, 402, 701, 702, 805 and 806.
By metro
The nearest metro stations are Marquês, Combatentes, and it's a 10-minute walk to reach the warehouse. You could also use the one in Faria Guimarães, but it will be a 15-min wak.

Move-In Process
All Online
Our move-in process is completely digital, fast, and straightforward. To start using your storage unit, just follow these simple steps:
- Choose and Pay: Select the unit size, click on "Show Prices," fill in your details, and finalize the payment online.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email from the @controlspacestorage.com domain with all the necessary information, including your unit number and a link to download our app.
- Access: Use the app to access the warehouse and your unit from 6:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
- Need Help? If you have any questions, our team is always ready to assist you.
Do you also need a moving service?
Don't worry about transporting your belongings. Our team can recommend trusted moving partners, ready to help with transportation to and from your unit.
Insurance
Mandatory Insurance
For your security, all our storage units come with mandatory insurance. The cost is calculated based on the size of your unit. For more details, please consult our Conditions of Purchase and Use.
Warehouse Access and Security
Autonomous Access
With our app, you have full autonomy to enter the warehouse and your unit whenever you need to. Access is available from 6:00 AM to 11:59 PM. If you need 24/7 access, please speak to the specialists at your center for more information.
Easy Access
To make your visit easier, all our centers have on-site parking, with the only exception being Campo de Ourique.
Security
In addition to having control over your unit's access through the app, our facility is monitored with security cameras in all corridors, with no blind spots, ensuring your belongings are always protected.
Payments
Simplified Payments
No hidden fees—we don't charge administrative fees or require deposits. You also won't need to pay for a "padlock," as all access is managed through your app. Payment is made every four weeks. If you move in in the middle of the month, you only pay for the period used.
